Isteri makan luar

Sem ne aku banyak keje luar..keje luar ye..bukan isteri makan luar yang macam tajuk WHI miggu lepas..wah..hurly..kelas kau..tgk WHI lagikan…aku pegi BSN, Celcom, sekolah agama, kilang TAKAGI, kilang ISOelektronik, kilang IPMA,kilang megi PAMA, kilang Bernas..pendek kate banyak la tempat2 yang aku terjah..

dulu masa 1st degree pon banyak keje luar ne..kalo tanye mana besh intebiu tu..aku akan jawab intebiu kelas politik…aku intebiu YB Azahani, YB Jaferi, YB shahidan kasim..sume ADUN Perlis..Time tu Shahidan kasim jadi mb lagi…aku tato ape nasib YB-YB tu skrg..dengar citer ADUN2 sume dah tukar..tapi takpelah, no komen..

kat sini aku nak citer..aku mmg da biase buat field work ne…so second degree ne pon aku bt field work gak..bezanya bila HR fieldwork ne..tmpt intebiu beza la..tapi yang penting aku nak bagitau..jika anda hendak intebiu. ..pegilah intebiu kilang bernas..selain anda dilayan dengan baik, dijamu dengan air milo+oren mandarin+pisang goreng…anda juga akan ditemani seorang jurutera yang hensem, tak kawen lagi, umor baru 25, sempoi gila dan masyuk di sepanjang lawatan anda dikilang tersebut…wah..sangat teruja pasni kalo dengar kilang Bernas Kedah…bila ye ade kerja luar lagi? Saya hendak kesana lagi!

Ahakzz..pengsan aku..dulu sangat naïve..bila lecturer suruh buat intebiu, pi je tanpa banyak soal..skrang ne..dgn orang yang aku intebiu tu pon aku nak mandrem2kan..gila keji bukan?

Sepanjang minggu ini..aku sibuk bangat.. tapi boleh lagi tulis blog ..oh…seperti yang sudah dijangka…amek 5 subjek boleh memandu anda kepada kegilaan..base omputehnye can drive u craze…beberapa hari lepas aku telah melahirkan rasa kegersangan , kedukaan, kesukaran, kepayahan dan kesedihan daku kepada kepada Teman Tapi Mesra-TTM (hik3.tak boleh blah gelaran iteww,)..wah…tapi sangat poyo bile die jawab cenggini..

“ sabar…tuhan nak uji ko..ko ne boleh handle ke tak…biasalah amek 5 paper..dulu aku pon pernah amek 5 paper gak kat Glasgow lagik..lagi la rase naik gile..ko kat sini je pon gelabah sangat pehal?”

Amek kau..baru nak nak gedik2 santai dah kene sound setepet, TTM aku ne mmg tak support betoi…ikut kepla dia ja nak jawab camane…ne jenis tak makan saman ne..tapi time tu aku dah nak blow dah..mane taknye..panas hati lah…aku ade banyak masalah problem baru nak buat aduan rakyat dia balas cenggitu..tau la ko budak pandai..baru je aku nak potong dia..tapi dia balas cenggini..

“sebenarnye, sume ne mindset..member aku dulu..amek 6 paper thn pertama.. pointer ok je, tapi bila sem berikutnye, die dgr org ckp susah..susah…lama2 dia amek 3 paper je..padahal kalo die nak amek 6 subjek ok je..masalahnye mindset die dah terpangaruh..ko boleh buat punyer…jgn terpengaruh ckp orang..aku percaya ko …aku percaya ko boleh buat”

Wah..ayat terakhirnye itew tidak boleh blah…secepat halilintar membelah bumi..semangat aku terus capai tahap klimaks…ye..baiklah TTM…tiba2 aku rase nak nyanyi lagu Nidji yang Kau dan Aku tu…gila perasan kan…beshnye kalo dia cakap cenggini

Akhir2 ne aku sangat jiwang dan patut duduk di kampung Jawang,Sg. Siput Perak.

Aku jalan2..tetiba tgk munge ros kat satu kedai..nak dekat valentine neh..tetibe je aku teringat satu hawau neh. Time tu dia sembang ngan kawan die yang ala2 nerd..aku plak tgh cover senyum tak senyum sebab ade budak yang terrrrrrbagi kat aku bunga ..kiteorang tgh tunggu lif… sesekali mata dia pandang aku..

I just happy…happy…happy….my presentation for OSHA Act succeed! Pewit..peeweeiit..eventhough I was really ting-tong with too many Act..by then, I just did it! Lega…Alhamdulillah…

Excitedly I wanna share something..may be some will think that …what so kepoh… what so big deal with this matter…but for me..I felt sooo happy..because my RM lecturer totally aware about my presence at class yesterday..hehehehe… that mean..he conscious about my presence..tak sia2 la aku jadik minah kepoh dalam kelas tuh..hehehehe…actually in the middle of the class I went out for one important and emergency matter…bukan mengular ye..ada hal sangat2 penting..about 10-15 minutes..when I come back to the class, one of my colleague told that lecturer asked where did I go then bila tau aku takde dalam kelas terus bagi rehat 20 minit..wah…ternyata berhasil kekepohan ku pada hari itew sehingga lect boleh perasan aku tade..wah..sangat bangga ok…or may be because of previous class I had argued with him because of my presentation of problem statement? ..atau adakah sbb suka suki keluar masuk kelas? hehehe takpela…for me it is sooo meaningful ..at least..I happy sbb lecturer tau I ada ke takde dalam kelas itu…heh..heh..bukankah itu seronok??

Just same with empirical paper..but this paper have a lot of useful source..it will updating u about what to study..the recommendation and how to perceived the gap…so please alert with recommendation.. take a few review articles as ur revision to find a good topic research..

HOW TO PLEASE UR SUPERVISOR??tanyalah pada diri sendiri..adakah anda cukup bagus untuk pleasing ur own lecturer? apetah lagi supervisor..here the tips..also from Dr Faridahwati symposium...

1. BE REALISTIC IN UR EXPECTATION- bila Tanya supervisor , jgn expect derang nak jawab time tu..derang juga human being yang knowledgenye limited jugak..so beri masa seminggu untuk jawapan bagi soalan kau…

2 ASK OPINION NOT DECISION- derang bukan penentu keputusan research korang okeh..remember they just train us..we have to chose okeh!

3. THEY PREFER MORE WRITING THAN CALLING-sangat rimas kalo asyik kol untuk tanye fasal research bukan..kalo ramai student..sume student call die mau je dia tak payah keje..jadi operator lah…in case of emailing pon jangan email banyak..please include all ur question in one email kalau boleh…senang untuk dia jawab okeh..oh ternyata caranya mcm style Prof abd Halim kan?

4.DONT DROP BY UNANNOUNCED- sebelum jupe kasik tau dulu la bai..kau sape tetibe je nak datang..set appointment dulu ye..

5. DO UR HOMEWORK..supervisor akan banyak songeh..nak Tanya macam2 sebab nak uji kau..kau kejang nanti sape nak tolong kau…lu piker la sendirik

6. LIMIT THE MEETING/ MAILING-jgn nak berjela2..anda bukan berdating

7. RESPECT THE VALUE OF SUPERVISOR TIME..tak yah jupe slalu kalo tak penting

9.CHECK IF THE SUPERVISOR CAN SPEED READ. Jangan bagi masa lima minit je pastu kau nak feedback..common la babe..dia pon lembab nak bace n fahami ape kau buat..kalau kau punye research senang paham tak pe jugak..ne tahapape jerk..

10. LET THE SUPERVISOR SET THE TONE OF RELATIONSHIP..jgn kau gatal miang nak lebey2..sumenye bergantung pada supervisor iteww-they always state it by depend on abilities of student..

11. KEEP THE SUPERVISOR KNOW THE LOOPS- jangan biarkan dia terlepas pandang dalam problem research kau!

here is the second recipe MANAGING YOUR SUPERVISOR..supervisor is the most "creature" that we have to tatng bagaikan minyak yang pernuh..mesti ade two way communication..so here I share ape kate Dr Faridah wati lagi..so good luck with ur supervisor dear all!

1. PLEASE SEE THE FREQUENTLY- should be some kind of chemistry both of u-u must tell ur expectation/ what u need from ur supervisor..tell him / her everything- tapi yang akedemik..jangan ko share problem ko fasal boyfriend plak..tak ke pelik namenye..tapi boleh juga kalo research ko bertajuk” mengkaji boyfriend saya” er..boleh ke Dr.??

2. UNDERSTANDLY UR SUPERVISOR- they just train u to the right path, they NOT doing your job, they just HELP..and try polish ur writing skills..

3. COMMUNICATION- pleasing is not come from a gift..supervisor tak ske bodekness okeh…

set regularly time to meet-don’t stress them to set ur meeting date according ur time….

try to do quality work- realitinye ade supervisor yang baling proposal kat muka student..y??sbb tak berkuality..even banyak sangat spelling error..contohnye la

Some of supervisor purposely avoid themselves to met student- mungkinkah kau ne sangat tak hensem dan tak chantek? Ohh..bukan..mungkin ko ne tak pandai set masa berjumpa…ataupun terlalu kerap sangat berjumpa sampai supervisor ko boring..

Keep supervisor informedon any major issue- paksa tapi dengan cara yang baik lah..

Be tolerate and flexible..kau kena Tanya bila dia free..bukan kau yang free untuk berjumpa..masa yang sesuai adalah 2 minggu skali..

Don’t stalk ur supervisor – nah kau..stalker ke? Don’t because they never like it okeh!

4. WHAT IF THINGS GOES WRONG??-If u r not happy with ur supervisor u should try to talk with them…berani kau nak kutat supervisor kau? Hahahah..try babe! They may because o lack of communication..so please do the justification okeh..they may change it!

PLANING GOOD RESEARCH.

-1.hIGHLY mOTIVATE uRSELF-

research will take a long journey..so u need very2 strong motivation ..sometimes u may eagerly to research a topic..by then, in the middle of the way..you may feel bored..lame…sluggish to continue the topic…so be carefull with this…please search a good topic.

2.wORK eTHIC dISCIPLINE-

supervisor is just supervisor…don’t depend on them too much!


3. pROPOSAL dEFEND-

what is new for ur research??..please think a new thing for the research..


4. gOOD tIME mANAGEMENT-

How to handle ur “SLOW” time, supervisor may not supportive for all time, please carefully planning ur time implementation..and you may breaking down ur project into progressively smaller component..Its is brilliant to have ur own small note book..you may have think a brilliant idea when getting asleep or pee! Hahaha..or may be when u fart the idea appears out too! Kah3..prooooo00tttt..oppss


5. sYSTEMATIC.

You may have different file for different chapter. Let say..u have written a half of introduction..then the mood fade away..suddenly eagerly to do literature review..just do it.. but please make the output in proper way..dont mix up all chapter together..because u will buzzing with urself in the end of the day..

6. pAY a mUCHOS oF aTTENTION oN mETHOD cHAPTER..

the examiner always have an interest to ask- y u doing this? Y don’t u choose the another method? Hahaha..jaga2 ye bang..jangan kantoikan diri..


7.pLANNING uR tIME-

How long u should work each day? When u should work? Some people may need 8 hours per day for research and berpoya2 in weekend..or some people may need only 3 hours…actually, how long u spend time to research is not important..yang penting ialah..berapa banyakkah dapatan hasil anda? Kalo 12 jam bt research tapi tak dapat tulis ape2 pon..rasenye tak guna jugakan…BE TASK ORIENTED AND NOT TIME ORIENTED!..


8. pROBLEM sTATEMENT-

the most important part..kalo PS betul..everything gonna be ok..sebab ia menceritakan keseluruhan research kita..

9. gOOD sTRATEGIes-

kalo jupe lect first time..pastikan kita tunjuk sket2 dulu ..jangan dah siap whole chapter intro baru tunjuk..may be dia tak ske..dia akan suruh kita redo balik..rugi masa uolls! And do not try be smart..everything u do ur supervisor must agreed with that!

10. sYSTEMATIC wRITTEN-

don’t do part A and then skip to part G..do it systematic baby.. part A to Part B to Part C and so on..

11. dON’T pOSTPONED uR wORK- ye hal ini kena dengan aku…aduh! Terasa siut!


12. tHE ability to anticipate pROBLem-

must have back up plan. Plan A, B and C.. Macammana kalo responden tak mahu jawab questionnaires? Macammana company mula2 nak bagi kerjasama pastu tetiba je tak nak?? Tak ke haru..so mesti ada backup plan okeh!.

Yesterday, Sarah, dayah and I nyebok2 kat PhD research symposium ..muke2 kiteorang memang ske nyebok kan…this was my second time participated with this kind of talk…first dulu dengan abg jepun..well..perasaan adalah sangat-sangat takot dengan another participant…overall they were PhD students…and most of them lecturer..padan muka kau..eagerly to participate..skali datang takot… dalam masa yang sama..mata gatal I cari abang PhD yang nak kena spank hari tu..tapi die tadek..apekan daya kan..ingat nak menyelam sambil makan tuna dalam laut tu…tapi tadek..nak wakguano kan??
